Selected Participatory Workshops

Who Am I? What is that "I"? A series of community workshops in Hackney, London that took place between 2019-2022 surrounding ideas of the Self and the Soul, working through movement, text and materials, with 90 participants aged 7-80. These workshops were to become the precursors of shared creativity during the Pandemic, seeding a future working partnership between Mirto and Murphy.

workshop feedback: Your work is so therapeutic and inspirational, but most importantly, grounded in finding authentic expression in the physical here and now, I can't thank you enough.

Inspirational. Unlocking creativity. Multi-sensory. Compelling. Positive…. what you are doing is so incredibly valuable and vital to our humanity, in such an impossibly digital and commercially driven age.

Where the light gets in: Participants shine a light (literally and metaphorically) on themselves and each other in a shared experience of recognition, being seen and validation.
